The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising two 40-story towers on 6,475m2 of land. The project will be developed in two phases.

The first phase will include 350 condominiums in one tower and 435 apartments in the second tower, 1,200 underground parking spaces, a marketplace with a grocery, retail space.

The second phase includes a four-star hotel, an office tower, and related facilities.

In January 2014, PI purchased the project site from Bellevue First Congregational Church for US$30 million.

MZA Architects and Adamson Associates Architects are appointed as Architects, PCL Construction as General Contractor and DCI Engineers as Civil and Structural engineering, PFS Design Studio as Landscape Architecture and Susan Marinello Interiors as Interior Designer.

In March 2016, PI submitted designs to the city of Bellevue.

Construction is slated to commence by end of 2017.
