Persimmon Homes (PHL), Hallam Land Management Ltd (HLM) and Woodard Corporation (WC) are planning to undertake the construction of a residential facility in North Yorkshire, the UK.
The project involves the construction of 600 new residential homes.

In April 2013, PHL submitted outline planning application to the Harrogate Borough Council and the application was rejected on February 11, 2014. However, it was re-submitted later on.
In March 2014, Harrogate Borough Council finally refused the planning application. The traffic concerns were the main reason behind the decision to refuse the plans, there was also some issues related to drainage system structure.
On August 6, 2014, the planning application was resubmitted to the city council; however, it was again rejected in October 2014.
On January 28, 2015, the planning committee voted in favor of the project.
On March 13, 2015, outline planning permission was granted.
In August 2016, PHL has lodged two applications for 367 homes and 233 homes separately to the council.
Planning activities are underway.
