The People's Committee of Khanh Hoa (PCK) is planning to undertake an administrative zone in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
The project involves the construction of a government administrative zone on 126ha of land of which a new administrative centre will be built on 37ha of land.
It includes the construction of office space, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, parking and related facilities.
In July 2014, PCK appointed FLC Group as associated developer. The project will be built under the build-transfer (BT) mode.
On September16, 2014, PCK has officially handed the project to FLC Group with a total investment capital up to US$250 million.
On December 24, 2014, PCK initiated planning activities to collect the opinion of ministries on the project.
On January 26, 2015, Institute for Urban and Rural Planning of Vietnam was appointed as design consultant.
The project involves the construction of a government administrative zone on 126ha of land at south of Phong Chau, Nha Trang city in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
