The project includes the construction of production units, packaging units, warehouses, food processing plant with a processing capacity of 400 tonne of fruits and vegetables per day, in addition to 750 tonne of organic wheat to produce Patanjali flour; 250 tons of biscuits, 100 tons of oil per day; an Ayurved Mahavidyala on 20.2ha of land, an Acharykulam (school based on Vedic and modern education) on 24.2ha of land, a Patanjali gram Udyog on 12.1ha of land, a Divya pharmacy on 20.2ha of land, and Yoga, Naturopathy and Panchkarma center on 161.8ha of land, a research center and related infrastructure, and the installation of machinery and equipment.

On November 6, 2016, planning approval was given by the Uttar Pradesh government and 182ha of land has been identified for the manufacturing unit.

On November 30, 2016, Uttar Pradesh government handed over the land allotment letter to Patanjali Yogpeeth.

On February 14, 2017, foundation stone was laid.

On May 25, 2017, PA submitted the environmental clearance application to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) and awaiting approvals.

The project involves the construction of a manufacturing facility on 350ha of land, in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
