DP Architects Pte Ltd has been appointed as the architect; Su Misura as interior designer; DP Green Pte Ltd as landscape consultant; Rankine & Hill (S) Pte Ltd as mechanical and electrical engineer, KTP Consultants Pte Ltd as civil engineer and structural engineer.

In August 2013, KSH Holdings Ltd was awarded the US$79 million construction contract.

In September 2013, construction works commenced with scheduled completion by the fourth quarter of 2018.
