The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on a 1.53ha of land. It includes the construction of 136 residential units comprising 77 triplex units and 59 apartments in a part five story and part 12-story block and 141 commercial units comprising 44 restaurants, 31 Kiosks, 65 retail units and a supermarket at the ground level.
It also includes the construction of parking facilities, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
DP Architects Pte Ltd has been appointed as the architect; Su Misura as interior designer; DP Green Pte Ltd as landscape consultant; Rankine & Hill (S) Pte Ltd as mechanical and electrical engineer, KTP Consultants Pte Ltd as civil engineer and structural engineer.
In August 2013, KSH Holdings Ltd was awarded the US$79 million construction contract.
In September 2013, construction works commenced with scheduled completion by the fourth quarter of 2018.
