It includes the construction of 44 affordable homes for seniors, 117 rental apartments, commercial units, a community centre, common rooms, a rooftop deck, parking and related facilities, and development of a garden.

GBL Architects has been appointed as architect for the project.

On December 22, 2015, GBL Architects submitted a planning application to the City of Vancouver (CoV).

In March 2016, the developers have filed a rezoning application with the CoV.

In October 2016, a public hearing held on the proposed development.

The Link project involves the construction of a 2,765m2, six-story mixed-use complex comprising 161 residential units in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
