The project involves the construction of a Kap West Südturm 17-story office building with a total gross floor area of 21,920m2, a Kap West Nordturm 15-story office building with a total gross floor area of 18,700m2 and a three-story parking facility for 356 vehicles and 200 bicycles and the installation of elevators, security and ventilation systems.
WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH and Gassmann + Grossmann Baumanagement GmbH was appointed as project management contractor.
In March 2015, the design contract was awarded to Wiel Arets Architects and landscape contract was awarded to OKRA Landschapsarchitecten BV
