Oldham Council (OC) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Oldham, Greater Manchester, the UK.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex and will be developed in phases. It includes the construction of 13,935m2 of retail space, 800 homes with around 700 car parking spaces, a new retail and residential units on the RSPCA/Roscoe Mill site with 1,672m2 supermarket and 50 apartments, 68-bed hotel and related facilities, and the refurbishment of the former Nat West bank building.

The Harris Partnership has been appointed as architect and WYG plc as consulting engineer.

On November 17, 2014, Greater Manchester Council approved the master plan of the project.

In April 2016, the project secured planning approvals and OC invited bids from construction firms.

In November 10, 2016, tenders for the work were due to be returned to the council.

Marks & Spencer has withdrawn its plans to construct a food and clothing store in Oldham Mumps on November 22, 2016.

OC is planning to appoint a private developer for the project development in the third quarter of 2017.
