Out of Africa Hospitality (OAH), a subsidiary of United Africa Group (Pty) Ltd (UAG), is undertaking the construction of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel project in Namibia.

The project involves the construction of a 181-room hotel, two food and beverage outlets, an all-day dining restaurant, a garden lounge and bar, two individual meeting rooms totaling 175m2, including pre-function space, a swimming pool and parking facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems.

On February 4, 2015, OAH signed a management contract with Hilton Worldwide to manage and operate the hotel under its "Hilton Garden Inn" brand.

On April 27, 2016, Vantage Capital, a South African-based firm announces to provided a debenture facility of US$5.3 million to UAG.

In May 2016, UAG receives the funding towards the construction of Hilton Garden Inn.

George Switchboards is appointed as the electrical supplier.


The project involves construction of a 180-room hotel in Windhoek, Namibia.

The US$24 million project included the following:

3. Construction of a swimming pool

4. Construction of restaurant

5. Construction of a garden lounge and bar
