The project involves the construction of an 85,991m2, 33-story mixed-use tower comprising 308 apartments. It includes the construction of 14 penthouses, retail units, a fitness center, a gym, a swimming pool, an eight-level parking garage with 1,400 spaces and related facilities.
The tower will feature 25-story for apartments and eight-story for the parking garage and a floor for penthouse units.
Solomon Cordwell Buenz has been appointed as architect.
In March 2016, C.D. Smith Construction, Inc was appointed as construction contractor for the project.
Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
