Niagara Bottling, LLC (Niagara) is undertaking the construction of a water bottling facility in Chesterfield, Virginia, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 41,806m2 bottled water manufacturing facility on 25ha of land and being developed in two phases.
Niagara is investing US$95 million in the first phase and US$50 million in the second phase.
It includes the construction of a 55,741m2 warehouse with office space, parking spaces, a loading bay, drive aisles, utilities, data infrastructure and stormwater management facilities.
The Chesterfield County agreed to provide a grant of US$1.2 million to Niagara for the construction of the facility.
On November 17, 2017, construction works are completed on the first phase and planning activities are underway on the second phase.
