New Urban Communities (NUC) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Margate, Florida, the US.

The project includes the construction of 968 apartments, a hotel, an amphitheater, 9,290m2 of retail stores and restaurants, a community center, a waterfront promenade, a parking garage and related facilities.
Dover, Kohl & Partners has been appointed as architect.
On July 12, 2016, the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) signed a contract to sell the land to NUC for US$10 million.
NUC will receive site plan approval in July 2017.
Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2018 and is scheduled to be completed by 2026.
As of January 29, 2017, CRA is conducting a workshop on January 31, 2017 were the officials will discuss proposed modifications to the City Center.
In February 2017, NUC is in the process of reviewing the project plans.
