De Pol Associates has been appointed as a lead consultant and Amec as an architect.
NTRS submitted an outline planning application to the Telford & Wrekin Council in October 2012 and obtained the approvals on July 24, 2014.
On May 9, 2016, NTRS received the revised outline planning approvals despite objections from residents.
