NSW Health (NSWH) is undertaking the redevelopment of a hospital in New South Wales, Australia.

The project involves the redevelopment of a hospital. It includes the construction of operating theaters, 280 general and mental health beds, maternity care, paediatric services, emergency departments, rehabilitation centre, administration facilities, 500 space car parking and related facilities, the installation of medical equipment, safety and security systems.

On September 15, 2016, NSWH invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from non-government hospital operators to build and deliver the project.

As of November 2016, NSWH plans to spend the next four to five months working with the operators that submitted expressions of interest to participate in the tender process.

In July 2017, NSWH has decided redevelopment would have a “Government-led approach” by Cancelling Public-Private partnership(PPP) model.

On January 31, 2018, Groundbreaking ceremony was held as a mark of the start of construction of car parking.
