The NSW Government (NSWG) is planning to construct a residential community in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The project involves the construction of a residential community on 8.2ha of land. It will be developed in stages.

The project includes the construction of 3,000 private homes, 950 social housing properties, 128 affordable homes, a retail space, a commercial space, parking and related facilities. It also includes the construction of a nine-story high school to accommodate 1,000 students, 120-bed residential aged care facility with a seniors' wellness center, two 75-place childcare centers, a supermarket, cafés and specialty retail shops, jogging track, nature-based playgrounds and exercise stations, basketball court, open green spaces and community gardens.

The first stage of construction will include 259 new social housing units.

On March 31, 2016, The Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) on behalf of NSWG invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) with a submission deadline of May 11, 2016.

In May 2016, NSWG has shortlisted nine parties to participate in the first stage of the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) and expected to announce its preferred applicants in August 2016.

In August 2016, NSWG shortlisted Exemplar Living, owned by Lend Lease with St George Community Housing and Capella Capital; Frasers Property with Mission Australia and Citta Property Group and Stockland with Evolve Housing and Brookfield Multiplex.

On August 14, 2017, NSWG appointed the Aspire consortium consisting of Frasers Property Australia (FPA), Citta Property Group (CPG), and Mission Australia Housing to develop the project.

FPA and CPG will design and delivery the project and Mission Australia will provide their extensive experience and ongoing services to ensure the success of the social housing model.

Hassell Studio has been appointed as urban design and landscape architect, Bates Smart as a master planner, Candalepas Associates as architect for school and aged-care, Candalepas Associates, Cox Architecture and Turner as architect for residential.

Corrs Chambers Westgarth has been appointed as a legal advisor for the project.

FPA and CPG are in the process of preparing Development Application (DA) for the first stage. The entire project takes 10 to 12 years for completion.
