The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising six buildings between two to ten stories with 495 dwellings which consist of 153 social housing, 95 affordable homes for low-income earners and 247 homes for the private market on 38,175m2 area. The project will be developed in phases.
It includes the construction of a park (Phillip Park), retail facilities, a community center, leisure facilities, access roads, 175 parking spcae and related facilities.
The concept development application for the first phase was approved in December 2011. Development application for civil, social and affordable buildings was lodged in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Tract Consultants has been appointed as architect and Roxy Gordon Pty Ltd as the associate developer for the project. NSWG sold the project land to Roxy Gordon Pty Ltd.
On June 23, 2016, the first phase revised planning application was approved by Central Sydney Planning Committee (CSPC) regard to the building height, envelopes and distribution of GFA between Blocks.
