North Point Ltd (NPL), a partnership between Barron Collier Companies and Lutgert Companies, is planning to build a mixed-use community in Estero, Florida, the US.

The project includes the construction of a mixed-use community on 40.5ha of land. It includes construction of 600 residential units, 9,290m2 of office space, 150 hotel rooms, 27,870m2 of retail space, parking and related facilities.

Peninsula Engineering, an affiliate of Barron Collier Companies has been appointed as the landscape architect.

On March 9, 2015, NPL submitted a concurrent request to Lee County Commission to increase the number of residential units from 150 to 600 and to reduce the retail space from 51,096m2 to 27,870m2.

NPL submitted an application to amend the master concept plan and development order to Lee County Commission on March 13, 2015.

In April 2015, Spikowski Planning Associates (SPA) and GradyMinor were appointed to develop a concept plan for the project.

The project includes the construction of a mixed-use development on 40ha of land in Estero, Florida, the US.

The US$250 million project includes the following:
