In August 2008, Al Ghandi & Consolidated Contractors International Company (L.L.C.), a subsidiary of Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), was awarded the contract for Frond I.
In October 2008, Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) was awarded the contract for Frond II.
