In December 2017, Hazelwood City Council (HCC) passed a resolution clearing the way for the proposed development.

In January 2018, the project received approvals the development from HCC.

As of February 2018, pre-design activities are underway.

HCC is granting up to 18 years of property tax abatement and a sales tax exemption on construction materials for the development.

Construction is scheduled to complete by 2030.Scope
