On February 27, 2017, the City of Toronto issued a notice of approval conditions for the site plan.

As of February 2018, the project is awaiting site plan approvals.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a 109,204m2 mixed-use complex comprising eight buildings on 18.5ha of land in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The US$350 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of four, single-story restaurants in buildings B, C, D, and E

2. Construction of a building G with 12-story hotel tower
