The project involves the construction of six 11–14 story buildings with 2,417 apartments, retail facilities, access roads, recreational facilities, parking facilities and the development of parks and a sports ground, and the installation of elevators and power facilities.

The construction of two buildings is expected to complete in June 2018 and the other four buildings is expected to complete in December 2018.

An in-house division of Mosproyekt-3 is undertaking the design activities.

GVSU Tsentr has been appointed as the construction contractor.

As of July 2017, documentation works are underway to start the construction activities.

The project involves the construction of 11–14 story residential buildings on a 131,000m2 floor area in Moscow, Russia.
