Fonds de solidarite FTQ (Fonds), Le Groupe Montoni Division Construction Inc. (Montoni) and Claridge, Inc. (Claridge) are planning to build a mixed use development in Laval, Quebec, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a 111,483m2 mixed-use community comprising 10 buildings of 20-story each on 2.5ha of land. It will be developed in four phases.
It includes construction of retail shops, offices, a hotel, entertainment venues, public spaces, parking and related facilities and the installation of elevators.
Sid Lee Architecture has been appointed as an architect. In-house division of Montoni will do the construction works.
On November 30, 2015, Fonds, Montoni and Claridge signed a partnership agreement to develop the project.
Planning activities are underway and the construction works are expected to be start by September 2017.
