Planning activities are underway and the construction works are expected to be start by September 2017.

The Espace Montmorency project involves the construction of a 111,483m2 mixed-use community comprising 10 buildings of 20-story each on 2.5ha of land in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

The US$420 million project includes the following:

4. Construction of a hotel

5. Construction of entertainment venues
