The project involves the construction of a 530,000m2 headquarters complex and will developed in two phases.
The first phase includes the construction of a three-story HRH main building.

In February 2015, El Seif Engineering Contracting Company (ESECC) was awarded a US$93 million design-build contract by MoI.
