On November 9, 2015, Mirvac submitted the planning application to the Department of Planning and Environment.
The Department of Planning and Environment consulted with the council and relevant agencies to prepare the Secretary's Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEAR).
As of June 2016, The Department of Planning and Environment issued SEAR's and planning approvals are being prepared by Mirvac.
FJMT, JBA, Jerde and Aspect Studios have been appointed as architect.
Planning activities are underway and Mirvac yet to receive final approval for the project.
