McQuilling Services LLC jointly with Promon Engenharia is planning to undertake the construction of a ship repair yard on 80ha of the area in Lucena, Costinha District, Paraíba, Brazil.
The project involves the construction of a shipyard with 2.3 thousand meter docks, two docks with the hydro lift for small and medium vessels of 10 thousand tonnes, and two dry docks capable of receiving large ships, piers, a pump house, administrative buildings, and the installation of equipment.

The developers are waiting for the Installation license and conducting financial negotiations with BNDES and Banco do Nordeste do Brasil (BNB) for financial support to start the construction.
