Martin Selig Real Estate (MSRE) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use tower in Seattle, Washington, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 134m-tall, 36-story building. It includes the construction of 17,372m2 of office space on nine lower floors, 384 apartments in 24 floors above, a residential deck and a gym on the 12th floor, 650m2 retail facility, a five-story underground 250 parking space garage and related facilities.

Perkins + Will has been appointed as the architect; Lease Crutcher Lewis as the contractor; KPFF Consulting Engineers as a Structural Engineer for the project.

On October 28, 2014, Perkins + Will unveiled plans for the development.

In March 2016, MSRE revised designs to the project plans, including reduction of apartments from 384 to 330 apartments, reduction of office space from 17,435m2 to 17,372m2, the addition of retail and 250 parking spaces.

In April 2016, the design review recommendation meetings were held for the design proposals submitted in March 2016.

In September 2016, MSRE signed a lease agreement with the two New York-based sister companies WeWork and WeLive for this project.

Construction activities are underway and slated for completion by the second quarter of 2020.
