The project involves the construction of a 72,464m2 industrial complex comprising two warehouses on 27ha of land. The first building includes the construction of a 30,658m2 warehouse and the second includes a 41,806m2 warehouse.
It includes the construction of distribution center, loading and unloading facilities, office facilities, parking and other related facilities.
MSR will operate the project under an entity called Settlers Point Business Park LLC. Summit Construction LLC has been appointed as general contractor.
In June 2015, MSR submitted a planning application to Metro Planning & Design Services Department and secured approval in November 2015.
In November 2016, the Louisville Metro Government approved for a building permit.
Planning activities are underway.
