M Summit Group (MSG) is undertaking the Ramah Pavilion residential project near Teluk Kumbar in Penang, Malaysia.
The project involves the construction a 759-unit residential complex with a built-up area ranging from 74.3 to 125.8m2 area.
The project will be developed in two blocks. Block A includes a 38-story building comprising five shop lots on the first level and 258 residential units ranging from level two to 38. Block B includes a 36-story building comprising 10 shop lots on the first level, multi-story car parks from level two to 11 and 501 residential units ranging from level 12-26.
It includes the construction of retail units, recreation facilities, access roads, swimming pools, a gym, a jacuzzi, water slides, a barbecue area, and parking facilities.
MSG's in-house division is undertaking the construction works.
On January 30, 2017, Topping-up ceremony was held.
Construction works are underway and scheduled to complete in May 2018.
