On June 11 2014, MRA issued expression of interest (EoI) to select preferred developer to develop project site.

On April 19, 2015, Minor International PLC (MINT) was selected as preferred developer by MRA to build the project and AVANI Hotels & Resorts as the management contractor. However, in December 2015, MINT withdrew from the project.

In April 2016, negotiations with the second proponent for the site commenced.

Planning activities are underway.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development over an area of 4,125m2 in two lots in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
