Sidhi Singrauli Road Project Ltd is a special purpose vechicle promoted by Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd (GIPL).
The project is expected to be funded through a term loan of US$91 million, promoters equity of US$27 million and grant received of US$53 million.
In April 2012, GIPL received the letter of award from MPRDC.
On May 14, 2012, MPRDC awarded a contract to GIPL on build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis for a concession period of 30 years.

In September 2013, construction works commenced
