Metro Property Development Pty Ltd (MPD) is undertaking the construction of a residential tower in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

The project involves the construction of a 30-story residential tower with 378 units comprising 157 one-bedroom apartments; 41 one-bedroom with study; 46 two bedroom with one bathroom apartments; 131 two bedroom with two bathroom apartments and three penthouses, pool, gymnasium, barbecue and entertaining area and a five-star lobby and the installation of elevators and safety and security systems.

ML Design has been appointed as the architect, BG & E as the structural engineer and Brookfield Multiplex as construction contractor for the project.

In March 2015, MPD finalized the acquisition of the project site with the value of US$13.6 million.

In December 2016, MPD finalized an unconditional deal with Song Properties for the management rights to sold out the apartments.

Construction activities are currently underway with completion scheduled in February 2018.
