The project involves the construction of a 34-story tower comprising 234 residential units. The lowest six floors will be dedicated to a multi-story parking lot, seventh floor dedicated to other facilities and from eighth to 34th story will be dedicated to residential units.

It includes the construction of swimming and wading pool, glass gym, children's park, function hall and the barbecue area, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

The concept designs were carried out by a renowned Taiwanese architect.

In August 2014, construction works commenced.

Construction works on the project are underway.
