The project involves the construction of a 23,226m2, 24-story mixed-use tower. It includes the construction of a 263-room hotel, a retail space, a commercial space, residential units, parking and related facilities and the installation of elevators and security systems.
In January 2017, MD and RFC purchased three parcels for US$18.4 million.
Arquitectonica International Corporation has been appointed as the architect.
MD and RFC are planning to submit the planning application to City of Miami, Florida.
A groundbreaking ceremony is expected to be held in 2018.
