Phillips Partnership has been appointed as architect and Davis Development as an associate developer. In-house division of Davis Development will do the construction works.

In November 2014, Camden submitted a rezoning application to Sandy Springs City Council (SSCC).

Camden presented concept plans to SSCC in December 2014.

In February 2015, Camden submitted the revised site plans to Sandy Springs planning commission (SSPC).

In July 2015, the project secured zoning approval from SSCC for only 291 apartments.

In November 2015, Camden was pulled out from the project and Davis Development was appointed as new developer in January 2016.

In April 2016, the project received all necessary approvals.

Southern Environmental Services has been appointed as the demolition contractor.

In January 2017, fencing works were completed. and MCREP is planning to commence demolition works.

In March 2017, Davis Development starts the demolition works.
