Mill Creek Property Development LLC (MCPD) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Nolensville, Williamson County, Tennessee, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on a 4.85ha area. It includes seven buildings with 7985m2 of retail, 11,177m2 of residential condos and 5086m2 of office space and 396m2
The project will be developed in five phases.
Phase one includes buildings E and D includes Building E with three floors 3,889m2. The first story will be split between 1,058m2 retail, 141m2 residential common spaces, and 214m2 garage spaces for parking. The second and third floors will be 2,475m2of condos.
Building D with three floors 3,533m2. The first story will be split between 912m2 retail, 156m2 residential common space and 182m2 parking garage. The second and third stories will contain 2283m2 of condos.
Phase two includes buildings G with 3672m2, The first floor will be split between 757m2of retail and a 464m2 daycare. The second and third floors will contain 1222and 1228 m2, respectively, of office space.
Phase three includes buildings B and C with Building B: Will be four stories, and 56 feet, tall with 4468 m2. The first story will contain 956m2 retail , residential 159 m2 common space and a 197 m2 garage.The second and third floors will hold 2436m2 of condos and the fourth floor 718 m2 of roof-top condos.
Building C, The first floor will be 950 m2 retail residential 159 m2 common space and 199 m2 garage. The second and third floors will hold 2436 m2 of condos and the fourth floor 718 m2 of roof-top condos.
Phase four includes buildings F with three stories and 51 feet tall, with 3266 m2. The first floor will be 816 m2 of retail; the second and third stories will hold 2450m2 of office space.
Phase five includes buildings A with Building A1 and A2: Building A has the largest footprint of all seven structures, with 2535 m2 on one floor. Building A1 is a large square on the southeastern corner of the property, with Building A2 a square in the corner of the larger building. The lion’s share of Building A is 2194 m2 for a grocery store, and A2 is 340 m2 set off for additional retail.

In August 2016, the Nolensville Planning Commission approved the project’s concept plan.
