The project involves the construction of a 220m tall, 56-story residential tower with a gross floor area (GFA) of 122,000m2 on 6,530m2 site area.
The project will include the construction 620 apartments, of which 460 will be large, expat-type apartments and 160 will be smaller, serviced-apartment type, a four-story basement, a gym, pool, sauna, childcare facilities, and parking and related facilities, and the installation of elevators, and safety and security systems.
Tony Chi has appointed as interior designer and Ingenhoven Architects has appointed as exterior designer for the project.
Planning activities are underway, construction is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2019.
