Miami Big Block, LLC (MBB) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use community in Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 603,870m2 mixed-use community comprising nine towers on 4ha of land.

The project includes the construction of 357,677m2 of office space, 222,967m2 of residential facilities, 23,226m2 of retail space, and 2,500 parking spaces, and the installation of safety systems and elevators. It also includes the construction of 193m Miami innovation tower.

Divided among different levels, the project features a commons level at the ground floor consisting of building entries and public passages, a campus level with floor office and indoor gathering spaces, a horizon level comprising green-roof landscape with outdoor gathering and cultural space, a day care, exhibition and work space.

SHoP Architects has been appointed as an architect, West 8 as design and landscape architect, Houlihan Lokey as the financial advisor, Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L. as legal advisors, Roar Media, A2aMEDIA as consultant and Buro Happold Engineering as the structural engineer.

In April 2015, MBB acquired the site for US$120 million and submitted a special area plan.

In June 2015, the project received preliminary approval excluding innovation tower.

As of February 2017, demolition works completed.

The project involves the construction of a 603,870m2 mixed-use community comprising nine towers on 4ha of land at Park West, Miami, Florida, the US.
