Legado submitted plans to Redondo Beach City Council in the fourth quarter of 2012.

In February 2015, Overland Traffic Consultants Inc prepared a traffic impact study report for the project.

In March 2015, Redondo Beach City Council sends back the project plans to submit the revised plans in the second quarter 2015.

On July 17, 2015, Legado submitted a revised planning application to the council. In August 2015, a revised proposal is scheduled to be submitted on November 19, 2015.

On November 19, 2015, the Planning commission rejected the project plans.

In December 2015, Legado filed an appeal application against the rejection of project plans.

In May 2016, the Planning Commission voted to recommend reducing the number of units from 146 to 128 units.

In August 2016, the Planning Commission recommended to reduce the number of units from 146 to 115 units.

In January 2017, Legado submitted the revised plans with 115 units to the Redondo Beach City Council and a final decision is expected in 2017.
