The project involves the construction of a casino resort on 24.2ha of land.
It includes the construction of 6,410m2 of gaming floor space with 1,700 slot machines and 35 table games, a 220-room hotel, conference and meeting rooms, three restaurants, entertainment space, a new pool area, full-service spa, parking and related facilities.

In 2008, LRBOI purchased the property site to build a casino.
On February 23, 2015, LRBOI submitted an application to the Bureau of Indian Affairs’ (BIA) regional office to take land into trust to develop the casino.
Clark Construction Company and YESCO have been appointed as a main contractor for the project.
On June 15, 2015, groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held.
On October 15, 2015, first public scoping meeting was held for the development of project.
BIA is in the process of preparing environmental impact statement (EIS) for the project.
In September 2016, a public hearing held on EIS.
Public consultation are underway.
