The project involves the construction of an 83,000m2, a 3-story shopping mall. It includes the construction of 8,940m2 hypermarket, 6,800m2 cinema, 3,000m2 bowling centre, restaurants, entertainment facilities, retail stores, food courts, 3,600 car park spaces over two basement levels, related facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

Design International has been appointed as architect.

In 2016, LIP unveiled the project plans.

In April 2017, ground breaking ceremony was held.

In July 2017, LIP issued tenders for the construction contract, with a submission deadline in August 2017.

Tender activities along with site preparatory works are underway and the construction contract is expected to be awarded in the fourth quarter of 2017. The construction is expected to be complete in 2020.
