Liberty Hospital (LH), Action Pact Design (APD) and Healthy Living Centers of America (HLCA) are planning to undertake the expansion of the existing Liberty Hospital in Missouri, the US.
The project involves the expansion of existing Liberty hospital over 8.9ha of land which will be executed in phases.
The first phase will be developed on 6ha of land which includes the construction of 6,039m2 healthy living centers, 40 assisted living residences, a short-term-stay recovery hotel with 40 guest suites and 20 residences for those needing skilled, long-term care.
The other phases of the project will also include the construction of primary and professional housing, a variety of independent and active-adult living opportunities for seniors, additional office space, medical and retail facilities.
On June 9, 2015, the developers received zoning approval from the Liberty Planning and Zoning Commission.
