Lantana Development LLC (LDC), a partnership between Kenco Communities and Wexford Capital, is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use community in Palm Beach County, Florida, the US.
The project involves the redevelopment of a hospital property into a 31,883m2 mixed-use community to be built 14.7ha of land.
The project is to be implemented in in phases.
The first phase includes the construction of 26,084m2 retail and 420m2 fast food and restaurant, 1,115m2 sit down restaurants, 1,486m2 office space, 1,217m2 pharmacy, 3,047m2 fitness center and other related infrastructure.
The second phase includes the construction of 1,100 apartments and a park.
The project planning and demolition work commenced in November 2014, for which demotion concluded in July 2015.
