Developer War Horse, in collaboration with Tidewater Capital, has been appointed as developers, Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) Architects as architects, SWCA Environmental Consultants, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. Galvin Preservation Associates Consulting as environmental consultants, and Reuben, Junius, & Rose, LLP as legal adviser.

In June 2013, LCLG purchased the project site for US$9.5 million.

In March 2014, LCLG submitted a planning application to the city council.

On September 21, 2016, San Francisco Planning Department prepared draft environmental impact report (EIR) on the project.

In the fourth quarter of 2016, based on the EIR, San Francisco Planning Department held a public consultation on the project.

On January 26, 2017, Tidewater Capital secured preliminary approvals.

As of August 2017, Tidewater Capital is awaiting final approvals.

The project involves the construction of a 16,565.3m2, 13-story mixed-use tower in San Francisco, California, the US.
