London Business School (LBS) is undertaking the redevelopment of a town hall in London, England, the UK.

On September 30, 2013, Idan Ofer (principal of the Quantum Pacific Group) pledged through the Idan and Batia Ofer Family Foundation, a US$40 million donation for the project.
On April 28, 2015, Wates Construction (Wates), a subsidiary of Wates Group, was appointed as contractor. As per the contract, Wates will partially demolish the former Westminster Council House and Annexe buildings followed by its restructuring, as well as constructing the new auditoriums.
The project received US$1.5 million donation from Idan Ofer on April 29, 2015. Idan Ofer has pledged for a contribution of US$38 million towards the project.
Construction activities commenced in the second quarter of 2015.
Project received another donation of US$6.5 million from Idan Ofer on October 06, 2015.
Construction activities are underway and project is in final stage of completion.
