The London Borough of Ealing (LBE) is planning to undertake a mixed-use project at Perceval House site in Ealing, west London, England, the UK.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 1.2ha of land. It includes the construction of 471 new homes, of which 50% will be affordable, commercial space, retail space, a 9,300m2 office space, a new council headquarters, a new customer service center and a library on 2,800m2 area, parking spaces and related facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems.
In October 2015, Ealing Council’s cabinet agreed to redevelop the Perceval House site in to a mixed-use facility.
Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed as consultant and Broadway Living as construction contractor for the project.
On July 19, 2016, LBE issued a tender for a development partner to enter into a joint venture agreement to redevelop Perceval House from its current use as the main Council offices into a mixed-use development with a submission deadline as on September 13, 2016.
Farrells has been appointed as architect for the project.
On August 7, 2017, LBE has Galliford Try Partnerships as the development partner for the project.
LBE is expected to sign development agreement by November 2017. Following detailed design works and public consultation, expected to go before the Council planning committee by March 2018. Once approved work will begin by September 2018 and scheduled to be completed by 2025.
