The project involves the construction of an 188,000m2 mixed-use complex. It includes the construction of a 10-story loft apartment building, a 46-story apartment building, a three-story shopping center, a three-story horizontal office building, a three-story home office building, social facilities, 179 retail stores, 203 homes, 44 offices, parking and related facilities.
EAA Emre Arolat Architecture has been appointed as architect and Plan Proje Yonetim ve Musavirlik A.S. as lead consultant.
In February 2013, KUZU and TOKI won tender for the land worth US$310 million.
Construction activities on the project are underway with completion scheduled in September 2018.
