In January 2013, KOR signed a deal to sell the Winchester magnesite deposit to Augur Investments for US$33.2 million.
On January 13, 2015, KOR announced the results of the pre-feasibility study to develop the Winchester magnesite deposit as a direct shipping ore (DSO) operations.
On August 24, 2016, KOR reported that it has commenced a review of the project for its zinc potential.
