In October 2013, the project received planning approvals.
Allies & Morisson has been appointed as architect, Skanska as the enabling contractor, Turner and Townsend as the cost consultant and AECOM as the M&E design consultancy contractor for the project.
In June 2014, enabling activities were commenced on the project.
