The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising a 16-story, 23,430m2, mid-rise apartment building. It includes the construction of a 3,382m2 ground-level retail and restaurant space, 286 multi family units which include 134 units with tower views, two club rooms, three exterior courtyards, a sauna, a pet spa, parking and related facilities.

The construction of the project commenced in the second quarter of 2015.

In February 2016, KBS signed a joint venture agreement with KRC for the construction of the park central mixed use project.

In November 2016, topping out ceremony held for the project.

In June 2017, the construction works on first 152 residential units completed and the entire project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
