Kalaranna Arenduse OÜ (KA), a joint venture company of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and BLRT Grupp AS, is undertaking the construction of the Noblessner Home Port residential complex in Tallinn, Estonia.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising four apartment buildings with 208 apartments on 1.7ha of land. It is planned to be developed in phases.
The first phase includes the construction of a four-story apartment building, a 225-space underground parking garage, a six-story apartment building comprising 66 units and 1,000m2 of commercial space.
The second phase includes the construction of three apartment buildings.
The project also includes the construction of 3,700m2 of office and retail space.
On March 30, 2015, Arhitektuuribüroo Pluss was appointed as architect.
On 23 April 2015, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, KA and BLRT Grupp AS have signed a contract for the acquisition of the land plots intended for commercial and residential purposes.
K-Projekt AS, Projektbüroo Teinos OÜ and Melior Projekt has been appointed as design consultant and AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is undertaking the construction works.
In May 2016, construction works on the first phase commenced.
As of August 2017, construction works on the first phase are underway with scheduled completion in 2017.
